About
I'm a Chinese American graphic designer and screenwriter, raised in Portland, Oregon, and shaped by years living in China, the Netherlands, and Germany.
I hold a BA in Humanities from University College Roosevelt in the Netherlands, with a specialization in archaeology and English literature, and an MA in Serial Storytelling from the International Film School of Cologne. My international, multicultural background informs both my writing and my design work. I create designs that are highly specific and attuned to the story you're writing, because the best design elevates the ideas already present.
While in college, I did a four month internship with Citizen Skull Productions, a management and production company in Los Angeles, and started making pitch decks for their clients. My graphic design is deeply informed by reading and giving notes on scripts, and by being a screenwriter myself. I pitched my own series at Seriencamp Cologne in 2024 and 2025, so I know what goes into a good pitch.
